OREGON REAL ESTATE PRINCIPAL BROKER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Oregon Real Estate Principal Broker License Requirements
  • 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 150 hours of education.
  • Pass Oregon real estate licensing exams.
  • The standard broker license requires: 150-hours pre-license education in a variety of separate course topics.
  • Oregon broker’s license applicants must also possess 3 years of active, licensed experience in Oregon and/or another state.
  • Principal broker licensees must also complete a 40-hour Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision course.
  • Oregon real estate broker license applicants in Oregon must also provide a background check application with a completed fingerprint card that meets FBI standards.
