Florida Real Estate Broker License Requirements

  • 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 63 credit hours of pre-license courses.
  • Arrest and police history must be provided, plus recent fingerprints.
  • State real estate exam.
  • Broker applicants must already have an active sales associate license and completed at least 12 months of real estate experience during the 5 year period preceding the license application.
